Fees: All contact lenses are shipped free during the COVID-19 pandemic within Canada. Dry eye products have a flat shipping rate of $8.00 if less than 3 items are purchased, otherwise free shipping over the 3 products. Vitamins have a flat shipping rate of $15.00.

Ordering Information:
Payment must be made to Dr. Sabrina Ahmed prior to the release of an order, unless otherwise agreed by us. We may need to verify the information you provide before an order is accepted and may cancel or limit an order any time after it has been placed, including but not limited to the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error. If payment already has been made and your order is canceled or limited, we will refund any payment you made for the product that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase.
Delivery Time:
Unless otherwise noted, we will use our best efforts to ship products within 5-7 business days of the receipt of a properly completed order. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
